• An advisor to BUs in Vietnam regarding Compliance to corporate Compliance policies and procedures, as well as corresponding local laws and regulations.
• Support Local business functions in the review of Compliance policies against local laws regulations.
• Promote a culture of Compliance through communication and training initiatives.
• Implement and maintain the corporate Compliance regulations and policies in all BUs in Vietnam, which includes but are not limited to the following.
• Lead and implement Compliance initiatives in the Vietnam together with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct and report out on monitoring on Compliance-related transactions (E.g. T&E transactions and IHCP activities etc...).
• Review and approve relevant HCP-related activities and/or escalate them for other approvals corresponding to the policy.
• Support Local business functions in their interactions with external parties’ Compliance Officers and auditors, as well as provide oversight in their responses to Compliance related questions during the parties’ due diligence process.
• Oversight in the remediation efforts of internal and external stakeholder’ audit findings within the BUs.
• Provide support to Local business functions in monitoring BU for the achievement of Compliance MIP results.
• Oversee and work with relevant local stakeholders to investigate relevant speak up reports received for the relevant BUs.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Regional Compliance, including providing assistance to ZP’s other markets throughout the region.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Accounting/Law, Compliance certification(s) is a plus).
• Minimum of 3 - 4 years of solid country Healthcare/ Pharma Compliance experience, particularly in relation to Interactions with Healthcare Professionals. Overall working experience 8 years and above.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining corporate/regional Compliance programs within the countries of responsibility market - including Code of Conduct, the Anti-Corruption, Gift & Entertainment, Third Party Anti-Corruption Due Diligence and Interactions with Healthcare Providers (IHCP) policies.
• Experience and familiarity with local pharmaceutical codes of ethics and practices on sales & marketing activities with HCPs within Malaysia and Singapore is preferred.
• Experience in conducting Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC)/IHCP and other related Compliance training for all staff and training the trainers.
• Experience in interacting with auditors of external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and conducting investigations on speak up reports.
• Experience in people management, particularly with remote team (s) that have different levels of experience.
• Participate local pharmaceutical industry code or part of a healthcare Compliance industry group.
• Be able to interact with all levels of staff, including senior management team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with key decision makers and different people in multi-cultural environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Must be willing to be hands-on and “get their hands dirty” to work and drive Compliance initiatives across the BUs.
• Competent with MS Office Applications.
• Excellent oral and written English and capable of making effective presentations.
